Alliances that transform: The INE is present alongside Econo Supermarkets

The social transformation of our island is not achieved in isolation; it is made possible by the generosity of allies who firmly believe in our work. Last Friday, July 3rd, we had the honor of participating in the Econo Supermarket Family Gathering, a Puerto Rican company that has given us its unwavering support over the years.

Through his Gestos Positivos Foundation, this space allowed us to creatively share the impact that the Public Montessori method has on children, youth, teachers, and families on the island.

During the event, we invited those present to perform small but meaningful gestures of everyday generosity—such as thanking a coworker or serving a glass of water—remembering that generosity is giving time, attention, and support from the heart.

For non-profit organizations, these acts of corporate and individual generosity are the driving force that allows us to continue addressing pressing needs.

We are deeply grateful to Econo Supermarkets, its Positive Gestures Foundation, and its employees for supporting this educational mission that is positively impacting today more than13,000 students and 400 teachers throughout Puerto Rico.
