The INE focuses its first fundraising campaign of the year on families

The next Wednesday, July 15  INE will join the international platform GlobalGiving to participate in the campaign July BonusThis 24-hour global event represents a unique opportunity: GlobalGiving will proportionally increase the funds we raise as we receive donations during that day.

This year, all funds raised in this campaign will go directly to strengthening the comprehensive work we do with families in the Montessori public school project in Puerto Rico. Through this effort, we sustain vital services such as parenting workshops, mutual support spaces, family therapy, health fairs, and the development of family committees, allowing mothers, fathers, and guardians to actively participate in school decision-making by contributing their talents and knowledge.

"In the school we believe in, we think that we are all shaping a human being, which is why we celebrate families, who are the first educators of their sons and daughters. That is the school we are building.", recently shared Jennyffer Otero, our Executive Director.

Making families part of the school community, beyond the strictly academic sphere, is what truly sustains and strengthens the education of their children.

Over the next few days, we will be sharing the testimony of one of the families in the Public Montessori project, who narrates in the first person how this integration has impacted their lives.
